On this website, you can see all the satellites in space that are currently passing over your home

Every day, when we look at the sky, there are many satellites passing right before our eyes. The reality is that Earth's orbit contains a large number of such devices placed by humans to offer various essential tools like GPS (Global Positioning System) or internet connectivity through services like Starlink.

This is why you might wonder, when looking at the sky, which satellite is passing right above your home at that very moment. This is entirely public information, as we can track where each satellite is at a specific time based on its orbit.

To access this information, simply visit the "Low Earth Orbit Visualization" website, which uses LEO (Low Earth Orbit) technology. The Earth will instantly load with all the satellites in its orbit. This way, you can, for example, go to your country on the map and see the satellites passing overhead. The truth is, it’s quite surprising due to the sheer number of them.

By clicking on each one, you can check the satellite’s details, such as its name, type, ID, and the distance from its orbit. This gives us an insight into the number of objects in orbit today. On the left-hand menu, you can create filters to satisfy your curiosity. Interestingly, there's an option for "Debris," where all space debris will be colored in pink, which is also surprising due to its quantity.

In general, you’ll be able to choose the speed at which the satellites move on the map, as well as the information you wish to display, such as coloring them by type, speed, or tilt. This will completely change the icons of the satellites, with a legend shown at the top right corner.

With the filters, you can differentiate based on specific tilt ranges, altitude, or even by the satellite's country of origin. In countries like the United States, the planet will be entirely surrounded by various objects. However, this is not the case when selecting Arab countries, where it's harder to find them.
